Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hometech. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

At Hometech, we want you to shop with absolute confidence.

  • For all returns: Whether the product is defective (damaged/wrong item) or you simply changed your mind (customer remorse), Hometech will cover the return shipping costs. * We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email once your return request is approved. There are no hidden fees or shipping costs for our customers during the return process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

     

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

     

5. Damaged and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
